Gel Candles

Materials needed

1.Glass Container

2.Gel Wax

3.Zinc core Wick

4.Embedded objects(optional)

5.Candle scents.

6.Candle dyes.

Steps to make gel candle

1.Choose a container for gel candle.

2.Dribble a spot of hot glue on the bottom of the container.

3.Stick the wick tab(zinc core) onto the hot glue. Don't use cotton it will absorb too much gel.

4.Cut the gel wax into small cubes. So that wax will melt fastly.

5.Maintain the temperature to 200 degrees Farenheit. So that gel will be smooth.

6.Add smelling agents to heated gel in drops.

7.Pre heat the container.

8.Pour the wax in to the container at high temperature to prevent bubbles. Formation bubbles also gives a good look. At that time cool the wax and pour in container.

9.Pull the wick up straight and center it cut to 1/4 inch.

10.Let the candles set for 4 Hours

Embedded objects

1. Use anything that is not flammable like beads, rose artificial jewels, pebbles, gravels, stone, glitters, marbels.

2.Pour gel and put the objects.

3.If want to make candles of different colors pour various color wax one above other.

4.Dip the objects in wax before adding color to prevent bubble formation.
